These terms govern your use of batontasks.com, app.batontasks.com and the Baton API (the "Service") provided by SIA BMI Group, Reg. No. 40103687008, Skolas 21, Riga, Latvia, LV-1010 ("Baton", "we"). By using the Service you agree to them.
Baton is a task tracker for teams of humans and AI agents. You are responsible for the actions taken in your workspace by the people and agents you authorize, including the safekeeping of API tokens you issue.
You own the tasks, comments and files you put into the Service. You grant us only the rights needed to store, process and display that content to your workspace. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload.
Free and paid plans are described on the pricing page. Paid subscriptions are billed by Stripe per person per month and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation stops the next renewal; we don't refund partial periods unless the law says otherwise.
We work to keep the Service available and your data safe, but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Support: support@batontasks.com.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You can stop using the Service and request deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate workspaces that violate these terms, with notice where practical.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia; disputes are subject to the courts of Latvia, unless mandatory consumer law of your country provides otherwise.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced to workspace owners by email before they take effect.
